Hi, I'm Ashley! I started Kendall Family Services LLC because I truly care about our community and want to make a real difference. I’m passionate about helping people stay in their homes, enjoy life, and feel supported every step of the way.
As a social worker, I've seen just how tough things can get for people living with disabilities and for anyone navigating the ups and downs of everyday life. Let's be honest—getting older comes with its own set of challenges, too. That's why we're here: to make life at home easier, happier, and more connected for the folks we serve. Sometimes, all it takes is a quick check-in call, a little help around the house, or someone to ask the right questions. Other times, it’s about getting the groceries, planning meals, making a budget, or even just getting out and about for some fun in the community. At KFS, we step into your story and walk with you, helping you build the skills to reach your goals. We aim to work collaboratively as a team to provide a person-centered approach in our supports to those we serve.

With Kendall Family Services LLC. it is my goal to provide quality, person-centered services to those we work with. The phrase one size doesn't fit all apply here tenfold. With each client we serve we come to them with an open mind, ready to help them create a plan to best meet their needs knowing, that this plan is ever-changing and flowing such as life is on a daily basis.
As we grow, I aim to create a team of professionals that will meet you where you are at. Teach them to think outside the box, search for answers and continuously educate and train themselves when unsure. My hope is that as we grow, we can grow a community and be a resources to those we service and their families, offering support through the journey of life.

The KFS Administrative Team is comprised of : Ashley Long, a dedicated social worker with dual role of owner & operator of KFS; Danelle Schulz, who effectively manages HR and scheduling and two Designated Cooridnator's in Training: Allyson and Kensi - great gals to have on your team as they work creatively to help you create a path to reach your goals!
This dedicated management team works together to provide robust 24/7 support to clients in need of emergency assistance. With over 35 years of combined experience in the mental health field, they possess specialized knowledge in suicide prevention and suicide first aid, ensuring we make a significant and positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Kendall Family Services LLC, it is our goal to provide superior services and supports individuals living with disabilities and mental illness in the community by working with them to enhance their overall quality of life. Kendall Family Services LLC takes a person-centered approach with all clients we work with, understanding them, and being a resource to them and their families.
